Cristiano Ronaldo’s Black £ 1.7 million 900 horsepower Bugatti Veyron has been crashed into a house in an east coast residential estate in Majorca

An employee of the footballer was reportedly at the wheel at the time of the accident. The driver, who is reportedly not Ronaldo, lost control and skidded into a wall in the residential estate of Sa Coma, Bunyola, Palma de Majorca

The driver was unharmed but the front of Cristiano’s expensive motor was damaged

One well-placed source said:

“The car smashed into a wall but there was only material damage with no-one injured and the driver accepted full responsibility for what happened.

“The information about who was behind the wheel and what occurred is registered on a police database and is there for a court or officers to access if any further investigations need to be conducted.

“But it is more a case of the information needing to be registered so the owner of the property that was damaged can put in a compensation claim and use the police report as a back-up in case there is any dispute down the line about how the damage was done.”

Cristiano Ronaldo purchased the Bugatti as a present for himself after winning Euro 2016

The crash happened close to where Ronaldo is staying with his family

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner arrived in Majorca with his five children and girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez away to the Spanish island during his summer break from Premier League, while he had his beloved Bugatti as well as the family SUV shipped over
